统架构设计与平台化 主导系统级机械架构设计，进行多方案（材料、工艺、集成度）的深度权衡与决策。 定义和推行机械接口标准与设计规范，驱动产品的平台化、模块化与标准化建设。 构建和维护团队的核心资产：通用组件库、设计模式库与架构决策记录。 需求管理与价值挖掘 主动介入产品定义阶段，挖掘、分析并转化客户与市场需求为精准、可执行的技术规格。 管理机械需求跟踪矩阵，在复杂的产品约束中（性能、成本、时间）进行科学权衡与决策。 全生命周期成本负责 对机械系统的目标成本负责，主导设计阶段的成本规划与预算分配。 推动DFX（面向成本、制造、装配的设计）文化，与采购、供应链协同实现持续降本。

本科及以上学历，机械、车辆工程等相关专业，5年以上相关经验。 具备3年以上在消费电子/汽车电子领域领导或深度参与复杂产品机械架构设计的经验，有智能座舱/域控制器背景者极佳。 卓越的系统思维能力，精通需求分析、系统建模与架构权衡研究。 精通的成本管理能力，熟悉结构件成本模型，拥有主导降本项目的成功实践。 精通CAD/CAE工具，对材料、工艺及可靠性设计有深刻理解。 出色的沟通、协调和领导力，能够影响和驱动跨职能团队。 流利的英语或日语能力，可进行技术文档撰写与国际团队协作。
