"1.制定和完善公司与部门可靠性相关流程、规范和技术标准，审核关键零部件的可靠性设计能力与器件验证报告 2.牵头编制电子部件的可靠性设计、分析、测试及认证相关计划，并在设计阶段提供失效模式与故障影响分析支撑 3.将可靠性设计理念逐步深入到设计前端，通过硬件设计评审进行包括规格降额、设计容差、电源与时钟稳定性，以及热设计裕量和EMC风险，进行准确评估，支撑硬件设计一版成功 4.熟练运用预测分析的工具与方法，通过原理图仿真、PCB仿真、热与振动仿真和EMC仿真等手段为上述各个维度的可靠性分析提供模型与数据支撑 5.主导器件层级的准入评估与可靠性评估，结合芯片的失效机理、失效模式及常见的故障分布，联合供应商进行出厂前的芯片可靠性验证拦截，器件源头把关可靠性质量 6.研发与生产、客户使用阶段的各类可靠性问题分析与问题攻关，并将问题的改进措施通过规范、流程等进行改进，形成组织沉淀 7.针对研发测试、生产及客户侧的失效器件样品，有效运用主流失效分析工具与验证方法（如x-ray、切片分析等)，主导进行根因分析定位，并用8D等方法论推进问题闭环 8.前瞻分析研究可靠性的方法论，为产品EE架构的演进提供理论与技术能力支撑"

"【任职要求】： 1.本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子、材料科学、可靠性工程等相关专业。 2. 5年以上汽车电子或相关行业可靠性等工作经验。 3.熟悉常见的失效机理（如热疲劳、焊点开裂、电迁移、腐蚀等）。 4.精通汽车电子可靠性测试及认证相关标准，如 AEC-Q100、101、104， ISO 16750, IEC 60068, JESD22 等。 5.具备丰富的车载汽车电子整机及器件失效分析经验，熟悉失效分析的常用流程和常用设备（X-Ray, SEM/EDS等）。 6.较为深入理解功能安全（ISO 26262）与可靠性的关联，并应用到可靠性设计与评审当中。 7.具备使用可靠性仿真软件进行电应力、热应力以及机械振动等仿真分析的能力者优先。 8.出色的逻辑分析能力和动手能力，对技术问题有强烈的好奇心和钻研精神。 9.强大的沟通和协调能力，能够清晰地向设计团队解释可靠性问题的重要性并推动设计变更。 10.注重细节，坚持原则，具备高度的责任心和质量意识，能够积极推进研发内部及供应商侧进行可靠性流程与技术改进 11.具备良好的英语文献阅读能力。 12.有主导过复杂汽车电子产品（如座舱/智驾域控制器、底盘及车控域控制器等）可靠性项目经验者优先。"
