"1.负责公司及部门关键核心元器件的选型分析与器件认可，结合硬件、软件、供应链、质量等维度提供选型决策技术分析，在满足可靠性的基础上，打造极致低成本的器件方案能力 2.针对所选型器件的可靠性分析逐层分解至芯片层级，包括电气与功能特性、环境适应性、EMC适应性及功能安全、信息安全等评估分析 3.支撑解决上述各核心器件在研发、生产、以及交付客户之后的关键复杂问题，为问题攻关与根因分析提供有力支撑 4.建立器件准入评估与验证体系，支撑器件全生命周期的可靠性评估及应用过程问题支撑 5.负责输出与审核元器件相关的技术规范、硬件设计指导等，并支撑维护公司器件库、优选库和禁用器件清单 6.研究和分析汽车电子领域关键核心元器件，如MCU、SOC、电源、传感器、存储器等的技术发展趋势和供应链格局，为EE架构演进提供器件维度分析支撑"

"【任职要求】： 1.本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业 2.5年以上汽车电子硬件开发或器件工程经验，有完整的产品开发周期（从概念到量产）项目经验 3.精通汽车级电子器件的特性、测试方法和应用场景，深刻理解AEC-Q100、101、104等车规标准 4.深厚的硬件基础知识，熟悉模拟电路、数字电路、电源管理和信号完整性（SI/PI）等相关知识 5.深刻理解汽车功能安全（ISO 26262）在器件领域的运用，熟悉系统ASIL等级分解到器件层级的要求 6.了解网络安全对器件的相关要求（如HSM, SHE等） 7.熟悉汽车电子产品的开发流程（如ASPICE）和质量管理体系（如IATF 16949） 8.具备出色的分析问题和解决复杂技术问题的能力和优秀的沟通、协调和项目管理能力，能够结合器件问题推动内外部进行流程及质量优化改进 9.有主要车规芯片原厂工作经验者优先"
