"1. 教育背景：电子信息、自动化、计算机、通信工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2. 工作经验：5 年以上电子开发工作经验，有海外项目电子开发经验者优先。 3. 专业知识与技能 流利的英语口语交流，具备电子专业英语沟通与文案编写； 精通模拟电路和数字电路知识，熟悉电路设计原理和方法。 深入理解电磁兼容（EMC）原理，熟悉国内外相关 EMC 标准，如 CISPR、IEC、ISO 等，并能熟练应用于产品设计和测试中。 熟练掌握至少一种 PCB 设计软件，如 Altium Designer、Cadence 等，能够进行 PCB Layout 的 EMC 设计与优化。 掌握基本的硬件调试技能，能够使用常用的调试工具，如万用表、逻辑分析仪等。 4. 素质能力 具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够在复杂的技术问题中迅速定位根源，并提出有效的解决方案。 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同专业背景的人员进行有效的沟通和协作。 工作认真负责，严谨细致，具备较强的责任心和执行力，能够承担一定的工作压力。 具有较强的学习能力和创新意识，能够不断学习新的知识和技术，适应行业发展的需求。 5. 其他要求：有护照以及国外生活经历（建议项），熟悉国外生活方式。"
