1.负责机器人整机及关键部件（关节、底盘、传感器等）的试验方案设计，涵盖性能、可靠性、安全、环境适应性等测试场景。 2.搭建试验平台，选型 / 调试测试设备（如运动捕捉系统、力传感器、振动测试仪、高低温箱），编制标准化试验流程（SOP）。 3.执行试验任务（如负载测试、运动精度校准、耐久性循环测试、碰撞 / 防护测试、高低温 / 防尘防水测试），精准记录试验数据。 4.分析试验结果，定位产品缺陷（如结构异响、运动偏差、可靠性不足），输出试验报告，提出优化建议并跟进整改验证。 5.对接设计、仿真团队，反馈试验问题；参与制定产品测试标准与验收规范，沉淀试验知识库。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、机器人工程、测试计量技术等相关专业。 2. 熟悉机器人测试原理，掌握性能（负载、精度、速度）、可靠性（疲劳、寿命）、安全（碰撞、防护）、环境适应性测试方法。 3.能熟练操作测试设备（如激光跟踪仪、扭矩传感器、数据采集卡、温湿度箱），具备试验平台搭建与调试能力。 4.掌握数据处理工具（如 Excel、Origin、MATLAB），能分析试验数据并输出专业报告； 熟悉机器人相关行业标准（如 GB/T 12642、ISO 10218），具备试验方案合规性设计能力。 4. 3 年以上机器人（工业、协作、人形等）试验相关经验，有完整产品测试落地或量产验证经验。 5. 良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能清晰反馈试验结果与技术需求。
