评测平台架构与开发 负责智能驾驶仿真评测平台的整体架构设计、核心开发与持续演进 设计评测引擎、指标计算框架、结果分析模块，支撑算法团队自定义评测项的灵活接入与高效执行 建设评测结果存储、版本对比、一致性监控等数据服务模块 评测工具链建设 开发自动化评测流水线，覆盖数据准备 → 仿真执行 → 指标计算 → 报告生成 → 异常告警全流程 构建评测项配置系统，支持算法团队自定义评测项的参数化配置与版本管理 回灌平台开发与运维 负责域控回灌测试平台的架构设计与核心开发，支持 Thor 等域控平台的固件刷写、数据采集、回灌执行与结果回收 开发回灌任务调度系统，支持多版本并行回灌、优先级调度与异常恢复 建设回灌结果管理与分析模块，支撑算法团队快速定位版本间性能差异与回归问题

本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业 3 年以上平台/工具开发经验，精通 Python（Pandas/Numpy），具备扎实的软件工程能力 熟悉 Linux 环境开发，掌握 ROS/ROS2 基本使用与仿真数据格式处理（ROS Bag / MCAP） 熟悉智能驾驶仿真体系（LogSim / WorldSim / SIL / 回灌测试） 有分布式任务调度开发经验（Ray / Argo/ Dolphin等），能支撑大规模并行仿真跑批 有域控平台回灌测试平台开发经验者优先 有消息队列（kafka等）使用经验。
