负责机器人底层软件数据链路节点和服务中间件的设计、开发与优化，构建高可靠性、低延迟的数据和服务中间件。 基于 Apollo Cyber RT 或 ROS 2 或DDS框架，开发核心通信模块（节点、服务、动作）、资源调度与生命周期管理；同时对上述开源框架软件进行深度优化和定制开发。 深入 Linux 环境开发，环培搭建，进行系统性能调优、驱动集成、内核与系统定制化工作。 按照ASPICE开发流程，进行软件模块的设计、编码、集成、测试、发布等软件开发工作。 编写高质量、可维护的 C++ /python/shell代码，并进行单元测试、集成测试、实机测试、系统测试。

计算机科学、自动化、电子信息、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。 5年以上 Linux 平台下 C++ 开发经验，精通C++11/14/17标准，具备扎实的编程基础和良好的编程习惯。 具有 Apollo Cyber RT、ROS2 或 DDS 等机器人中间框架的实际项目开发经验，深刻理解其通信机制（如DDS）。 熟悉网络编程（TCP/UDP/Socket）、多线程、进程间通信（IPC）技术，对系统性能分析和优化有实践经验。 有以下经验者优先： 有机器人、自动驾驶、无人机等领域的传感器/运控开发或系统集成经验。 熟悉常见的工业总线协议（如CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet）。 有linux系统级调试经验（如使用gdb, valgrind, perf, ftrace等工具）。
