岗位职责： 一、客户开拓与渠道建设： 1.主动开拓品牌广告主、4A广告代理商、媒介采购公司等客户资源，建立持续可转化的客户管道。 2.识别并接触潜在广告客户，重点覆盖快消、科技、金融、零售、本地生活等行业品牌。 3.建立并维护客户数据库，定期跟踪客户动态与预算变化，挖掘新的合作机会。 4.拓展行业渠道合作方（如广告代理公司、MCN、品牌策划公司），建立分销网络。 二、广告方案策划与提案： 1.结合无人物流车运营路线、覆盖区域、运营频次与停靠场景，设计差异化的车身广告投放方案。 2.制作广告投放提案，包含媒介策略、覆盖分析、效果预估与报价方案。 3.根据客户需求定制方案类型。 三、商务谈判与签约： 1.制定广告招商价格策略，结合市场行情与车辆资源供给进行定价。 2.负责合同条款协商（投放周期、广告位规格、排期、付款方式等）。 3.推动合同签订并跟进执行落地。 4.负责回款管理，确保广告收入按时到账。 四、市场分析与策略制定： 1.对标分析竞品媒介（传统公交车身广告、电梯广告、社区道闸广告等）的优劣势与价格体系。 2.跟踪自动驾驶与智慧物流行业发展动态，洞察车身广告媒介的商业化机会。 3.定期输出市场分析与招商策略报告，指导业务方向调整。 五、投放效果跟踪与数据报告： 1.跟踪广告投放效果数据（曝光量、覆盖人次、触达频次等）。 2.制作投放效果结案报告，向客户汇报投放成果。 3.基于数据分析优化后续投放策略与媒介组合建议。 4.沉淀成功案例，形成可复制的招商素材库。

任职要求： 1、本科以上学历，3年以上工作经验。 2、对自动驾驶/智慧物流行业有一定了解，关注无人物流车商业化进展。 3、理解车身广告作为"移动媒介"的独特价值（覆盖广、频次高、场景化强）。 4、了解程序化数字户外广告（pDOOH）等新兴广告形态。
