1.培训计划数据管理：跟进培训计划实施数据（参训率、满意度等），动态分析计划与实际的偏差，定期输出执行监测报表。基于数据复盘落地效能，为资源动态调配及下阶段预算编制提供精准决策支撑。 2.场地与设施管理：统筹惠州现有及成都新建共两个培训场地的规划与运维；负责设备、家具等固定资产的全生命周期管理，建立标准化巡检与维护机制，确保场地高效运转。 3.物资与数据管理：主导教材、教具、礼品的采购、仓储及分发，优化库存结构以降本增效；建立电子化物资台账，定期输出资源利用率及培训费用分析报告，为预算编制提供数据支撑。 4.教务与行政支持：制定标准化的后勤SOP，高效处理多线行政事务，确保培训项目后台保障零差错。

1.经验：本科及以上学历，5年以上运营管理、数据分析或行政后勤经验；具备培训或大型活动数据复盘经验，能独立通过数据监控计划执行偏差并提出改进方案者优先。 2.技能：精通Excel进行数据处理（熟练运用VLOOKUP、数据透视表等进行多维度分析）；掌握基础统计学知识，具备从海量数据中提取关键指标的能力；有ERP/WMS系统实操或BI工具（如Power BI）使用经验者加分。 3.素质：极强的数据敏感度与逻辑思维，细致抗压，具备优秀的多任务处理能力，能适应快节奏后勤保障工作。 • 良好的沟通和协调能力。 加分项： • 有使用培训管理系统或数据库的经验。 • 有仓储管理和物料需求计划相关经验。 • 能够独立处理多任务并在快节奏环境中工作。 • 具备基本的财务知识。
