全面负责器件实验平台的搭建与运营，主导全品类器件的认证、测试、建模与失效分析工作。从源头阻断硬件质量问题，为模块、板级、系统级设计提供 "零缺陷" 的器件基础，支撑公司向 SiP/Chiplet 先进封装技术演进。 核心工作职责 1. 器件实验体系与平台建设 o 规划并搭建公司级器件测试与验证实验室，制定实验室管理制度、安全规范和标准化实验流程 o 负责器件测试设备、分析仪器的选型、采购、校准和全生命周期维护，确保实验数据准确可靠 o 建立器件测试数据管理体系，实现测试数据的统一存储、追溯和分析 2. 器件认证与优选库管理 o 主导全品类器件（模拟 / 数字 IC、功率器件、无源器件、传感器、射频器件等）的选型评估和三级认证（样品测试、小批量验证、量产验证） o 制定符合汽车电子 AEC-Q 标准的器件认证规范和测试大纲，建立供应商技术审核机制 o 建立并动态维护经过认证的优选器件库，定期发布器件生命周期报告、停产预警和替代方案 o 与采购、供应链部门协同，优化器件供应链，降低供应风险 3. 器件仿真建模与应用支持 o 主导器件电特性、热特性、机械特性的测试与参数提取，建立并维护精准的器件仿真模型库（SPICE、IBIS、热模型等） o 编写权威的器件应用指南，明确使用条件、设计注意事项和典型应用电路 o 为硬件设计团队提供器件选型咨询和技术支持，参与设计评审，解决设计中的器件应用问题 4. 器件失效分析与质量改进 o 主导公司所有产品的器件失效分析工作，建立 "失效现象确认→非破坏性分析→破坏性分析→根因定位→验证改进" 的标准化流程 o 建立器件失效案例库，积累经验沉淀，形成预防措施 o 推动供应商进行器件质量改进，跟踪质量问题的解决进度，输出 8D 报告 o 参与产品质量事故调查，提供器件技术层面的专业意见 5. 团队管理与技术发展 o 带领器件实验团队，制定工作计划，分配任务，进行绩效考核和人才培养 o 跟踪全球器件技术发展趋势，引入新技术、新方法，提升团队技术水平 o 参与公司硬件技术规划，制定器件技术发展路线图，为 SiP/Chiplet 等先进技术储备裸芯片测试、KGD 管理等核心能力

• 电子工程、微电子、材料科学、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历 • 5-8 年以上电子行业器件相关工作经验，3 年以上团队管理经验 • 有完整的器件实验室建设或运营经验优先 专业技能要求 1. 深入理解各类电子器件的工作原理、结构特性和失效机理，精通至少两类核心器件（如功率器件、模拟 IC、传感器）的测试与应用 2. 熟练使用主流器件测试设备：半导体参数分析仪、示波器、信号发生器、网络分析仪、高低温试验箱等 3. 掌握至少一种电路仿真工具（HSPICE、PSpice、ADS），能够独立完成器件模型的提取与验证 4. 精通器件失效分析流程和技术，熟练使用 X 射线检测仪、超声波扫描仪 (SAT)、光学显微镜等分析设备 5. 熟悉汽车电子 AEC-Q100/101/200 标准、IPC 标准，有 ISO 26262 功能安全产品开发经验优先 6. 了解 SiP 器件测试、裸芯片 KGD 管理、晶圆级测试技术者优先 软技能要求 • 极致严谨，对实验数据准确性有苛刻要求，注重细节 • 强大的逻辑思维和问题解决能力，能够从复杂现象中定位本质问题 • 优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够与设计、采购、质量、生产等部门高效协作 • 强烈的责任心和质量意识，敢于承担责任 • 持续学习能力强，对新技术有敏锐的洞察力
