【职责描述】 负责算法软件版本管理体系建设与日常运营，统筹算法主线，量产项目多平台版本生命周期管理，明确版本目标、关键特性和上线时间 与质量部门合作，维护智能驾驶功能的质量标准和测试流程，推动测试中发现的问题及时修复，并跟踪验证修复效果，确保产品功能设计要求 与系统、研发、测试、平台等部门紧密合作，主要包括：拉通功能规范解读、内部开发计划跟进、版本迭代验证、msg切换升级、推动测试问题闭环、风险评估及版本发布 定期组织版本会议，管控版本开发进度，梳理当前版本状态及重点问题，确保版本质量与进度 拉通底软，规划正式镜像发布节奏，合理安排算法内部版本发布节点，同时协调解决版本冲突及底层问题跟进 负责组织代码合入、分支策略、版本发布、及交付管理，保障研发流程规范、高效、可追溯 对接算法研发、测试、底软、DQM等团队，推动版本构建、验证、问题跟踪等自动化集成与发布流程落地 负责版本质量与发布节奏管控，协调解决版本冲突、依赖管理、进行风险管控

【任职要求】 工作经验: 具有一定的智能驾驶版本或相关领域的工作经验，熟悉智能驾驶系统的开发流程 专业技能: 精通智能驾驶系统的功能规划、开发、测试及版本管理流程 具备优秀的项目管理能力，熟悉敏捷开发等项目管理方法 能力素质: 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神 具备较强的学习能力和自驱能力,能够快速适应新技术和新环境 具备优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力,能够独立承担项目管理工作 其他要求: 了解自动驾驶相关功能规范和标准 有头部主机厂或一级供应商企业工作经验者优先
