1. 负责车载智能座舱AI大模型平台的总体技术规划、系统架构设计与演进，确保架构的前瞻性、高可用性和可扩展性 2. 主导大模型在车载边缘计算平台（如高通、英伟达芯片）与云端协同的混合架构设计，解决模型部署、推理优化、数据安全与隐私保护等核心问题。 3. 设计座舱多模态交互（语音、视觉、文本）与大模型融合的技术方案，定义系统模块、接口规范及数据流。 4. 主导技术难题攻关，制定性能、功耗、安全及车规级可靠性标准，并指导团队进行架构实现。

1. 计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上系统架构或资深开发经验。 2. 深刻理解Transformer、GPT、LLaMA、Qwen等大模型原理，具备大模型训练、微调或部署的实战经验，熟悉LangChain、LlamaIndex等应用框架。 3. 精通分布式系统、微服务架构，熟悉车载SOA（面向服务架构）设计理念，有高并发、低延迟系统设计经验。 4. 有android系统应用开发经验3年+以上。 5. 熟悉车载硬件平台（如QNX、Android Automotive、Hypervisor）及边缘计算特性，对模型压缩（量化、剪枝）、推理加速（TensorRT, ONNX Runtime）有深入理解。 6. 具备出色的技术领导力、沟通能力和文档撰写能力，有从0到1主导大型AI项目架构经验者优先。
