1. 需求分析与方案设计 - 熟悉汽车电子行业供应链、研发投入等业务特性，能深度结合业务场景开展财务需求分析。 - 结合业务流程，从业务需求中准确识别关键数字化需求，并提出有效改善建议及解决方案。 2. 跨领域与模块协同 - 基于财务需求，对接业务部门(如供应链、销售、采购等)，协调财务数据与业务系统的集成，确保数据准确性和一致性。 - 结合财务业务流程，梳理系统需求，推动财务数字化、自动化建设，提升核算、预算等模块的数字化水平。 3. 系统实施与优化 - 具有合并、管报、预算、项目四算项目的经验，熟悉SAP BPC、Tagetik等主流EPM产品相关功能。 - 兼有SAP FICO模块及后勤模块，相关实施经验更佳。 - 与开发顾问协同，转化系统开发需求，并跟进需求实现进度，完成测试及支持上线。 4. 用户支持与培训 - 针对系统问题提供解决方案，编写操作手册并组织培训，推动财务部门高效使用系统。 5. 项目管理与统筹 - 熟悉数字化项目的全周期管理，包括项目规划、执行、监控和收尾。 - 及时发现问题，控制风险，组织交付物评审会议并汇报进展，推动问题解决。 - 以项目经理的角色，主导财务领域数字化项目的建设。

1. 本科及以上学历，财务、信息管理或计算机相关专业优先。 3-5年及以上EPM/SAP数字化产品实施经验 2. 具有财务业务领域的专业知识储备， 对业财交易流程、财务核算、项目经营管理、全面预算、财务分析等财经活动具备流程优化驱动能力。 3.具备较强的问题分析能力，清晰思维逻辑/解决问题/统筹推动，优秀的沟通及抗压能力，能与财务、业务及技术团队高效协作。 4. 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，可作为工作语言。具备跨文化沟通能力，可与跨国团队进行高效协作。
