【岗位定位】 负责下一代智能汽车电子电气架构（EEA）中车载网络通信系统设计与核心技术攻关。攻克高带宽、低延迟、高可靠的整车通信技术难点，支撑智能驾驶、智能座舱及车云一体化、机器人等业务落地。 【岗位职责】 从事为汽车行业的自动化，联网化，电动化和共享化趋势服务的车载网络和联网技术（含产品，平台，模块和功能）的革新和创新工作。 设计并开发车级网络或通信功能的协议栈，功能包或子系统（协议类型包括并不限于以太网，CAN,LIN,FlexRay或光纤）。 主导并开发车载网络系统和产品，例如以DoIP, SOME/IP，DDS等新功能为依托的生态子系统。 参与或主导产品软体架构定义和设计，确保实现OEM客户的需求 确保符合V模型的正向设计之达成和文档设计的高质量以服务于苛刻的汽车工业ISO要求 作为公司级的技术领域代表独立与内部和外部客户进行技术交流 跟踪行业技术最新标准，参与行业技术交流，确保公司技术方案的行业领先性。 了解AI和大模型技术栈，能够将其应用于项目中，推动智能化功能的实现。

【任职要求】 良好的电子工程、软件工程科或相关背景，至少10年以上的嵌入式系统开发经验，汽车业背景优先 丰富的C,C++或python语言领域知识及开发经验，能够构建设计指导。 具备操作系统和数据结构/算法知识 深刻理解网路OSI结构和协议栈组件，例如TCP/IP, IPV4,IPV6,路由和转发 熟悉掌握网路和通讯技术的工具和软件 熟悉CP, AP，并具备对多种汽车业常用OS的了解将为你的工作带来优势 具备开发时间敏感的嵌入式系统功能将为你的工作带来优势 欢迎熟悉ARM架构的全系列微处理器的专家 具备软件架构设计的经验
