1、负责智能座舱感知融合算法模型选型、数据集制作、训练、性能优化，包括但不限于: 基于多传感器感知融合算法(2D/3D)的目标检测、分割、跟踪、3D重建、大模型等 2、负责DMS/OMS智能座舱监测算法在嵌入式产品上的软件开发，包含算法逻辑设计、接口设计和软件框架设计、平台移植和维护、硬件加速模块的使用和调试 3、负责DMS/OMS智能座舱监测算法在嵌入式平台上的性能分析、评估和功能性能的优化

1、本科及以上学历，具备7年以上相关工作经验 2、熟练掌握C/C++、Python，有好的编程风格，熟悉linux/RTOS/QNX开发, 了解ROS等 3、熟练掌握代码优化，掌握多线程/并行计算优化方法 4、有疲劳检测,危险行为,分心检测,手势识别等DMS/OMS算法业务代码开发经验者有限 5、有一种或者多种多核异构芯片开发经验优先，例如高通/英伟达/黑芝麻/芯驰等芯片 6、具有传感器联合标定及同步方案开发及相关项目落地经验者优先 7、善于沟通， 重视文档
