职位描述： 1.负责自动驾驶的4D Autolabeling的深度学习模型、跟踪、平滑等相关技术开发及研究，支撑包括但不限于静态元素、动态障碍物以及occupancy等数据真值的自动化提取模型算法和链路开发; 2.负责设计开发自动化或半自动化的感知所需真值获取算法及链路，包括但不限于激光点云目标检测、激光点云分割、图像与点云融合目标提取、BEV 纯视觉以及BEV 多模态等模型算法; 3.负责前沿算法调研与实现，如3D gaussian splatting，NeRF 和vlm等，能够将相关技术应用于4D Autolabeling相关任务; 4.与数据闭环系统中的其他环节紧密配合，基于自动化的模型算法持续提升标注效率与质量，降低标注成本，加速数据闭环，打造行业一流的4D Autolabeling 生产算法、工具及平台。

任职要求： 1.自动化，电子工程，计算机，数学等相关专业研究生及以上学历。熟悉静态要素、动态要素、occupancy等基于NN 以及 transformer 的离线或在线模型算法; 2.熟悉相机，毫米波雷达，激光雷达等传感器的特点熟悉多传感器，多目标检测、跟踪、识别等算法; 3.熟悉激光SLAM（LOAM系列、LIO-SAM）与视觉SLAM（ORB-SLAM3、VINS-Fusion），具备实际调参及精度优化经验，熟悉多传感器时序融合：IMU预积分、GPS约束、紧耦合/松耦合架构； 3.编程能力优秀，熟悉Linux, 熟练使用 C++/ C 和 Python等编程语言，以及熟练使用Pytorch, TensorFlow 等进行模型搭建等，具备良好的编程习惯; 4.在计算机视觉（CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICRA）等相关会议发表论文者 或 有ACM 经验者优先; 5.熟悉Qwen-2.5-VL 等多模态大模型者优先。
