1 负责机器人整机及关键部件（关节、底盘、末端执行器等）结构设计、三维建模、工程图绘制，满足功能、性能及成本要求。 2 开展结构仿真分析（静力学、动力学等），验证可靠性，优化设计缺陷；配合机电一体化集成，协调空间布局。 3 制定加工工艺、选择材料，跟进样品试制与量产衔接，解决装配、来料质量问题。 4 参与整机测试，迭代优化设计；输出设计文档，推动设计标准化。 5 跨团队协作（电气、软件、生产等），提供技术支持与培训。

1.本科及以上学历，机械设计、机器人工程等相关专业；专家岗需硕士及以上或 5 年 + 资深经验。 2. 精通 CAD（CATIA/Creo/SolidWorks）与 CAE（Ansys/Abaqus）软件，掌握 DFM 设计思维。 3.扎实的机械原理、材料力学基础，了解机器人运动学 / 动力学，熟悉结构工艺与材料选型。 4.工程师岗 2-5 年、专家岗 5 年 + 机器人结构设计经验，有量产落地经验；专家岗需主导过量产产品开发。 5. 问题分析解决能力、跨团队沟通协作能力，创新思维，能阅读英文技术文献。
