1. 持续关注国内外数据保护和劳工合规相关的法律法规、政策动态及行业实践，为公司的数据处理活动和人力资源管理提供专业的合规建议。 2. 参与公司数据合规项目，包括但不限于进行数据隐私影响评估、制定数据合规策略、完善数据合规制度和流程。 3. 对公司的数据收集、存储、使用、传输等环节进行合规审查，识别潜在风险并提出整改方案。 4. 协助开展合规培训，提升员工对数据保护和劳工合规的认识和合规操作能力。 5. 审核公司的劳动规章制度、劳动合同、员工手册等文件，保障其符合法律规定。 6.协助应对监管与外部检查，与监管部门保持良好的沟通和协调，及时响应监管要求。 7.协助合规事件处理，协助处理公司内部的合规事件和纠纷，包括调查、处理和报告。

1. 法学本科及以上学历，通过国家统一司法考试，英文可以作为工作语言。 2. 具有5年以上合规相关工作经验，其中有3年以上数据合规和劳工合规经验者优先。 3. 熟悉国内外数据保护法律法规（如 GDPR、《网络安全法》等）以及海内外劳工法律法规。 4.熟悉涉及自动驾驶，智能座舱，网联服务产品相关法律法规标准和政策优先。 5. 具备较强的法律分析能力、风险识别能力和问题解决能力。 6.拥有较强的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和责任心，能够承受一定的工作压力。
