The posting

1. 自动驾驶相关大模型开发，包括2d/3d静态要素检测/中心线/道路拓扑识别、视觉2d/bev感知、图像分割、激光3d检测/分割、多模态融合、OCC占据网络、worldmodel等； 2. 负责完成算法方案pipeline设计和自动驾驶数据闭环相关的策略研发工作，制定数据挖掘、自动标注等方案计划并实施，保证数据质量和闭环效果，为线上模型迭代提供数据支持； 3.基于slam、3DGS、NeRF等技术，完成大规模动、静场景的重建，实现自动驾驶场景仿真和数据生成

1. 硕士以上学历，3年及以上工作经验，熟悉目标检测算法、BEV感知算法、transformer及其变种，有大模型开发、模型部署优化经验，有自动化持续集成、持续交付落地经验; 2.熟悉数据挖掘、自动标注的链路设计和节点开发，具备目标检测、图像分割、激光检测、3d感知等相关经验，对其中一个领域有较深的研发经验，对前沿大模型领域有跟踪掌握； 3. 精通slam技术，有较为扎实的4DGS、NeRF的理论和实践经验。
