岗位职责 1. 度量口径卡与指标体系（对应工程域D1，2026Q4口径卡先行）： – 牵头制定研发过程度量指标体系（交付效率、交付质量、交付能力 + 业务结果的”3+1”结构），2026Q4前输出首批度量口径卡（指标定义、数据来源、计算公式、适用层级）并通过评审； – 建立口径卡的版本管理与变更评审机制。 2. 度量数据自动化采集： – 打通研发全流程工具链数据（需求管理、代码库、CI/CD、缺陷管理、发布），实现度量数据采集自动化，口径可追溯； – 建设度量看板（团队/产品线多层级下钻），支撑基线对比与趋势分析。 3. 度量运营与改进闭环： – 定期开展归因分析，输出改进建议并跟踪改进项闭环；支撑试点场景的效益归因审计； – 执行度量红线：度量数据只用于改进、不直接用于个人考核，口径发布经质量部门会签。

任职要求 硬性门槛（一票否决项）： - 3年以上研发效能、研发度量或质量数据分析经验；本科及以上学历，计算机/软件/工业工程相关专业； - 主导或核心参与过研发度量指标体系建设并落地运营（须能讲清指标选取的取舍逻辑与”度量反噬”的规避做法）； - 熟练使用SQL与Python做数据分析，熟悉研发全流程（需求→开发→测试→发布）及主流工具链（Jira/Git/Jenkins或同类）的数据结构； - 具备跨部门推动能力——口径卡需要产品线与质量部门共同认可。 加分项： - 有汽车行业研发体系经验（ASPICE、IATF 16949过程审核语境）；有BI看板（Tableau/Power BI/帆软）建设经验； - 有研发效能平台（DevOps度量平台）建设经验；有组织变革/流程改进推动经验。
