岗位职责： 1，负责激光雷达的补偿算法设计，包括多物理量的非线性数据拟合 2，负责各种滤波及降噪算法设计，进行数据仿真/验证 3，光电产品测距精度、反射率修正、雷达信号层算法集成等研究和实现 4，负责光电产品物理量(如深度、反射率等)解算算法的调研、设计调优、开发和测试分析 5，负责激光雷达高反膨胀、串扰等场景解决，负责分析雨雾对激光信号的影响;能够建立雨雾烟等环境的数学模型，并能实现 6，能够通过相应理论对目标的激光特性进行仿真计算，例如目标激光反射率的计算;能够使用c/c++、OpenGL等工具对光电产品进行系统及仿真软件开发，撰写目标特性设计报告等

岗位要求： 1，硕士以及上学历，计算机、电子信息、光学工程、数学类等相关专业 2，2年以上相关工作经验，熟悉光电产品原理及硬件组成，并有较好的数学功底 3，能够建立雨雾烟等环境的数学模型，并能实现，熟悉常用的优化算法并了解基本原理.熟悉使用数据处理工具 4，有过研发激光雷达点云生产、光学测距算法、信号处理经验、计算优化经验优先 5，熟悉Matlab/c/c++，具有调试工具开发、嵌入式算法经历者优
