1.测试方案执行与改进:根据系统需求,承担整机的功能测试和用户场景测试的用例设计、执行和结果分 析,并持续提出优化建议; 2.阶段性测试实施:结合项目进度,完成功能、性能、可靠性等全链路测试任务,输出高质量测试报告; 3.协助问题定位与跟进，与研发、硬件、算法等团队协作,进行缺陷复现、根因分析与回归测试,推动问题闭环; 4.测试资源维护:负责测试设备与工装的日常管理和简单维护,协助引入外部试验平台或实验室资源; 5.自动化与流程优化:参与自动化测试脚本/工具的开发与与维护,配合CI/CD流程,不断提升测试效率和覆盖 率。

1.本科及以上学历,计算机、电子、自动化、机器人工程等相关专业 2.良好的沟通协作与自我驱动力,对机器人行业充满热情; 3.2年以上智能硬件/机器人测试经验;具备软硬件结合产品测试经历 4.熟悉Linux或RTOS的基本操作及调试;能使用示波器、逻辑分析仪等硬件调试工具; 5.至少掌握一门脚本/编程语言(Python、C++、MATLAB等)用于测试自动化或数据分析; 6.了解机器人系统架构(运动控制、感知、多传感器融合等),有服务机器人或人形机器人测试经历者优先; 7.了解常用机器人测试工具/平台(Gazebo、Webots、ROSTest、Robot Framework,Jenkins等)或CI/CD流 程优先。
