岗位职责： 1.负责端到端自动驾驶模型的设计与开发，包括模型设计、架构优化以及训练评测工作。 2.负责端到端自动驾驶数据链路的开发迭代，包括但不限于数据的生产、挖掘、增强和自动化标注等，推动模型正向迭代并解决实车问题。 3.将传统规控算法的逻辑与思想与端到端模型结合，实现可解释、高上限的驾驶决策。 4.跟踪最新的自动驾驶端到端研究成果，探索前沿技术的应用前景。

职位要求职位要求： 1.计算机、软件工程、电子工程、机器人、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历 2.熟悉机器学习相关的技术栈，熟练运用至少一种训练框架，如PyTorch 3.具备端到端领域的理论基础（深度学习、强化学习、概率论、微分方程等），能独立完成至少一种端到端模型的搭建 4.有过Diffusion Model、Flow Matching、RLHF、GRPO等前沿端到端算法的开发、部署、微调经历，有量产经验 5.扎实的C++/python编程基础，熟悉数据结构和常用的开源库 加分项： 1.熟悉世界模型（World Model）、视频预测相关技术优先 2.有过相关领域（机器学习、端到端模型、规划决策等）的一作论文发表，或相关开源项目的贡献 3.具备良好的沟通交流能力，能够跨团队协同工作 4.华为、mmt、地平线、元戎、文远、蔚小理等公司优先
