1. 牵头负责车型整车底盘领域产品体验、产品定义，打造超越用户和市场预期的产品价值； 2. 跟踪分析行业技术更新、发展趋势、竞品能力以及关键供应商方案，全局规划智能底盘演进方向； 3. 以满足用户需求和产品定义为导向，全量定义底盘产品体验，如悬架系统、转向系统、制动系统，定义底盘产品领域用户体验场景，以及细分场景的产品定义，牵头底盘领域与其他领域跨域融合的场景体验； 4. 向整车底盘、整车项目研发团队清晰传递产品价值及产品需求，共同推动和解决实际产品开发过程中遇到的问题； 5. 建设和优化底盘产品体验评价体系，从产品价值和产品体验的视角审视底盘产品能力，组织产品功能及体验验收，输出验收报告及验收问题闭环； 6. 牵头负责产品对标，包括主要竞争对手在整车底盘领域的产品对标，及新上市竞品的快速对标。

1.本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、电子信息、自动化或企业管理等相关专业。 2.8年以上产品经理工作经验，必须具备智能底盘相关汽车核心零部件行业经验。 3.具备敏锐的市场洞察力，擅长挖掘客户需求，能主导对外技术交流、方案宣讲及投资标的分析。 4.具备极强的内部统筹能力，能协调研发、采购、生产制造等多部门资源，确保产品从规划到落地的全流程推进。 5.具备卓越的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力及抗压能力，能适应高强度工作节奏，在多方利益博弈中推动共识达成。 6，外部客户获取,协助CFM做TA,PoC/正式项目跟进,客户关系维护
