1.负责感知算法版本的内部发版全流程管理：制定并维护感知模块的版本迭代计划，明确各版本发布里程碑，协调算法、软件、测试等多团队资源，确保发版按计划推进； 2.跟踪与管理版本交付依赖项：主动识别并跟踪感知发版所依赖的关键外部输入，包括但不限于：标注数据集交付时间、模型训练平台算力资源、工具链（编译、仿真、回灌工具）稳定性与版本兼容性，提前预警依赖风险并推动解决； 3.主导感知Jira问题的全生命周期跟踪与闭环：建立高效的问题分类与优先级机制，定期梳理感知相关的缺陷、任务和改进项，推动责任方（算法、工程、测试）及时处理，确保每个迭代的问题收敛率达标； 4.负责感知问题的多场景验证与闭环验证：组织并跟踪板端回灌测试、实车道路测试中的感知问题复现与修复验证，与下游集成团队（如规控、定位）对接，明确问题接口与验收标准，确保修复方案在真实环境下有效落地； 5.建立感知版本质量评估与报告机制：定期输出版本发布报告，汇总各阶段（开发自测、回灌测试、实车测试）的感知性能指标、遗留问题清单及风险项，向项目组和管理层透明化版本健康度； 6.持续优化发版流程与工具链协同：根据版本交付中的痛点，推动自动化测试覆盖、数据回流效率、问题定位手段等改进项，缩短感知版本的迭代周期；

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、车辆工程、电子信息或相关专业背景； 2.3年以上软件或算法类版本交付/项目管理经验，有自动驾驶感知模块或AI模型交付经历者优先； 3.熟悉Jira等缺陷跟踪工具，具备分析感知问题（如漏检、误检、跟踪丢失）根因的能力，能与算法工程师有效沟通技术细节； 4.熟悉智驾软件迭代流程，了解板端回灌、实车测试、数据闭环等基本概念及上下游协作方式； 5.具备出色的跨部门（算法、测试、平台、工具链）协调能力，能推动多依赖项并行落地； 6.自驱力强，对版本质量有高度责任心；
