1、数字化系统搭建与优化:负责MES(制造执行系统)、APS(高级计划与排程系统)、WMS(仓库管理系统)等核心制造数字化系统的规划、选型与建 设。同时要推动这些系统与ERP等其他核心系统的集成打通,还需持续改善数字化应用,推进数字化、智能制造与物联网的融合,对自动化设备开展数字化 改造与数据采集,为新自动化设备的数字化导入做好把关评审。 2、业务流程梳理与规范:深入生产现场调研,协同制造中心等业务部门梳理、优化并固化生产、质量管理等核心业务流程。制定数字化相关的技术标准与规 范,输出对应的技术资料形成标准化文案,构建数字化工厂相关业务体系与制度,保障数字化落地和业务流程高效适配。 3、项目统筹与落地推广:以项目经理的角色统筹数字化工厂相关项目,合理制定工作计划与目标,协调内外部资源,把控项目的进度、成本与质量,保障项 目高质量交付。同时负责多工厂的数字化系统推广与运行监督,引导业务部门完成项目实施,解决跨部门协作中的各类问题。 4、数据管理与决策支撑:负责公司制造运营数据的管理,推进BI智慧决策平台等数据相关平台的建设。通过采集、整合生产全流程数据,开展高效的数据分 析,为企业生产调度、质量管控、经营管理等提供数据支持,助力管理层做出科学决策,还需识别数据与系统运行中的问题,推动持续改善。 5、团队与技术赋能:带领团队推进数字化相关工作,调节跨部门团队的为工作模式与计划,助力团队达成组织目标。此外,还会总结数字化转型经验形成方法 论,开展内部培训,提升内部团队的数字化操作与应用能力,同时对接技术供应商,确保采购的技术和设备符合企业生产与数字化需求

1.全日制本科或以上学历; 2.良好的组织能力和沟通表达能力; 3.有制造行业经验者优先; 4.熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件; 5.主导过程等重大问题的跟进解决。
