1、负责视觉类项目的可行性评估、方案验证、硬件选型及报告输出； 2、负责视觉软件、AI算法框架的开发和维护； 3、负责机器视觉和AI的核心算法的开发； 4、负责视觉算法的开发及封装，配合功能测试主体工站实现简单的视觉功能； 5、负责自动化线体的前期可行性评估、视觉类工站BOM输出、开发计划跟进及人员协调； 6、负责针对产品和客户进行前期的项目沟通，输出产品测试逻辑流及硬件BOM、规划测试工站及配置软件开发人员；

1、拥有8年及以上机器视觉行业从业经验，具备极其扎实的2D视觉算法基础，在精密量测和外观检测领域有成功的项目落地案例。 2、精通3D视觉成像原理与应用，必须具备多技术路线的实战经验：熟练掌握3D线激光轮廓仪、3D结构光相机以及光谱共焦传感器的使用与数据处理。 3、熟悉主流工业视觉软件及算法库（如Halcon, OpenCV, PCL等），能熟练使用C++/C#/Python进行算法开发与封装。 4、核心优势项： 在高精度量测项目上有丰富经验，深刻理解光学成像对测量精度的影响，能够针对半导体、3C电子或精密零部件等行业提供高精度的视觉解决方案。 5、具备良好的数学基础（空间几何、矩阵变换），能独立推导和优化视觉标定及手眼标定算法。
