1. 项目规划与启动： 负责项目需求澄清、范围界定，制定详细的项目计划，包括工作分解结构（WBS）、进度计划（甘特图/看板）、资源计划、预算及关键里程碑。 2. 项目执行与监控： 跟踪项目进度，监控任务完成情况，识别进度偏差（SV）与成本偏差（CV），并采取有效措施确保项目按计划推进。 3. 风险管理： 系统性地识别、评估项目潜在风险，制定风险应对预案与处置策略，持续监控风险状态，并建立风险升级机制。 4. 沟通与干系人管理： 建立并维护项目沟通机制，包括定期例会、项目状态报告（如周报/双周报）及评审会议。主动管理与协调项目内外部干系人，确保信息同步，及时解决问题。 5. 质量与交付管理： 确保项目交付物符合预定的质量标准与验收要求，组织项目评审与复盘，推动经验总结与流程资产沉淀。 6. 团队协作与资源协调： 协调项目所需的人力、物力等资源，促进跨职能团队（如业务、研发、测试、实施）高效协作，解决项目执行中的冲突与障碍。

1. 本科3年以上项目管理经验 2. 精通项目管理知识体系与敏捷开发等主流方法论，能够独立负责项目全生命周期管理。 3. 具备出色的计划、组织与控制能力，精通项目估算、排期、依赖管理与变更控制。 4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、影响力与谈判技巧，能够面向不同层级（业务、技术、管理层）进行有效沟通。 5. 具备良好的数据素养，能够通过仪表盘、报表分析项目指标，并作出合理解释与决策。 6. 工具熟练度： 熟练使用至少一种主流项目管理软件（如 Microsoft Project、Jira、Worktile、Trello）进行任务、看板、里程碑与风险管理。 7. 证书要求（优先）： 持有PMP、Prince2、CSM等项目管理专业认证者优先。
