岗位要求： 1.有辅助驾驶或无人车项目的决策规划等算法的开发工程经验； 2.有通过仿真和数据闭环等方式控制和量化算法迭代效果的能力； 3.熟悉国内外主流的自动驾驶决策算法的模型与架构，掌握常用的决策算法，如决策状态机、决策树、专家系统、不确定性决策等； 4.熟悉复杂交互环境下的博弈算法，如博弈论、POMDP、MDP等； 5.具备优秀的算法及数学基础，熟悉常用的数据结构和设计模式，掌握坐标空间变换原理，车辆运动学和动力学建模方法，了解车辆底盘控制系统； 6.熟练掌握c++，熟悉常用的数据结构和设计模式，熟悉Linux和中间件等开发环境，工程能力强，有软件优化经验； 7.有端到端量产经验优先，华为、mmt、地平线、元戎、文远、蔚小理等公司优先；
