1、负责设备整机或部件机械结构的设计开发； 2、负责对技术需求分析，制作风险评估表及对技术需求提出优化建议； 3、根据技术需求设计整线方案，编排工艺及设备布局； 4、独立进行非标自动化设备的设计，包括结构设计.部件选型.2D出图及BOM等工程文件的制定； 5、运用8D分析法，5W+Y分析法，鱼骨图等工具方法，辅助设备设计； 6、负责对设备结构的力学分析与动作仿真，得出分析报告并辅助完善优化设计； 7、跟进处理生产.加工及装配调试过程中出现的各种技术问题，并作出优化和改善； 8、负责设备开发所需技术文档的编制； 9、负责按要求设计设备或线体Layout图设计； 10、根据客户要求制定非标自动化设备方案，制作汇报说明资料与方案PPT等；

1）机械及自动化相关专业本科及以上学历； 2）从事非标自动化设备3年以上设计经验；能独立完成非标设备设计； 3）精通SolidWork.Pro-E和CAD绘图软件，能使用软件设计3D模型及工程图； 4）具备按客户技术要求进行设备开发和设计，具备一定的风险识别能力，可识别常见的工艺风险； 5）熟悉机加工工艺流程和表面防腐工艺流程，熟练使用机加工工具； 6）熟悉机械原理.液压.气动.传动等标准化设计； 7）熟悉螺丝锁付工艺，点胶工艺，涂覆工艺，输送带物流工艺，自动上下料工艺，组装工艺； 8）具备基础的电器控制原理，对一般的运动控制原理有一定的了解； 9）具备独立完成线体方案设计能力，有汽车电子类组装产线方案设计经验优先； 10）能熟练进行公差分析.尺寸链计算； 11）具备设备异常处理能力，能快速处理组装调试过程中发生的异常问题； 12）熟悉行业内各种金属非金属材料；熟悉常用标准件（气动元件，丝杠导轨，模组，电机，传感器等）选用； 13）具备成本意识，熟悉精益设计思维； 14）熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件； 15）具备设备结构仿真能力，可通过动作仿真与力学仿真，规避设计中的干涉，结构强度不足等问题； 16）具备良好的工程力学，材料力学能力；熟悉各种结构选型技术方法； 17）具备良好问题分析能力，掌握8D分析法，5W+Y分析法，鱼骨图等工具方法； 18）具备良好的组织沟通能力；
