雷达产品技术定义与规划 （1）根据自动驾驶系统的需求，定义毫米波雷达信号处理的技术规格与性能指标，制定详细的技术路线图，确保产品满足未来市场及客户需求 （2）参与毫米波雷达产品的系统设计，硬件选型与软件集成，确保信号处理算法与硬件平台的无缝对接，主导参与产品原型开发与测试验证，解决开发过程中的技术难题。

信号处理算法研发与设计 （1）负责毫米波雷达信号处理，目标检测，跟踪，多目标解析等核心算法的设计与优化，结合实际应用场景，不断改进算法效率与精度，提升系统性能； （2）技术创新与前瞻研究，跟踪国内外毫米波雷达信号处理领域的最新技术动态，进行前瞻性技术研究与探索，为公司产品提供持续的技术和创新支持。

跨模块协同适配与流程优化 （1）配合传感器与不同域控平台模块，完成雷达算法在不同域控平台的部署实现及其算力和资源优化，打通雷达数据到不同域控平台链路，实现系统级性能优化； （2）梳理雷达产品开发流程文档，沉淀问题解决经验，建立标准化平台化开发验证流程与问题库，提升团队整体开发效率。与跨职能团队紧密合作，包括硬件工程师，软件工程师，测试工程师，共同推动产品研发进度，积极参与内部技术培训与交流，分享技术经验与研究成果

教育与背景：计算机、电子工程、通信工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士学历优先； 5 年及以上雷达信号处理算法开发经验，有卫星雷达或域控平台开发经验者优先。 工程经验： （1）参与过雷达算法模块完整链路开发、数据解析链路开发全流程与量产项目经验； （2）主导过雷达算法量产项目中实际问题的根因分析与闭环解决，具备独立处理复杂场景算法失效问题的经验。 （3）具备相关雷达产品项目量产经验。
