1、教育背景：电子信息工程、自动化、计算机科学与技术等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2、编程能力：熟悉并掌握C/C++语言、Makefile、Shell脚本、Git版本控制工具。 3、熟悉Linux系统或QNX系统，了解I2C、SPI、input等基本子系统框架。 4、硬件知识：熟悉硬件电路原理，能够阅读和理解原理图，了解常用接口设备，如UART、IIC、SPI、PCle、Ethernet等。 5、乐观、积极、开放；能够承担工作压力，对解决挑战性问题充满热情，具备较强的学习能力。有芯片原厂的开发经验优先。
