一、线体设备＆工装设计开发 1、全面统筹线体项目费用预算编制与动态管控，确保成本可控。 2、制定科学的线体开发进度计划，实时跟踪并协调解决进度偏差问题，保障线体项目按时、高效完成，助力生产目标达成。 3、主导工装、设备设计开发工作，持续优化工装的开发流程，从设计方案落地到成品产出，确保各环节符合设计规范。 4、持续收集生产反馈，定期评估工装、设备性能。基于评估结果，针对性提出优化改进方案，推动设备与工装性能升级，同时有二、效控制生产成本，实现资源高效利用。 5、组织技术团队定期剖析故障根源，制定优化提升方案，提升设备＆工装运行稳定性与使用寿命。 设备＆工装管理与新技术 1、标准模块化推进：制定设备工装设计、制造、验收标准，推动模块化设计与应用，提高通用性和互换性，降低生产成本与维护难度。 2、调研行业前沿技术，结合生产需求，将新技术融入工装设计，实现提质增效。 3、主导工装设备的技术创新与持续改进，探索标准模块化新技术应用场景，保持技术竞争力。 三、线体开发 四、团队管理与赋能 1、制定人员招聘计划，引进核心技术人才，以及培养技术和管理梯队，构建高效团队。 2、开展技术技能培训，规划员工职业发展路径，提升团队整体实力。

1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机电一体化、工业工程等相关专业。 2、工作经验：具有5年以上设备和工装开发相关工作经验，其中至少 2年以上管理经验。 3、专业技能：精通机械设计、电气控制、自动化技术等相关专业知识，熟悉设备和工装的设计、制造、调试等工艺流程，熟练使用 CAD、SolidWorks、Pro/E 等绘图软件和 Office 办公软件。 4、具备良好的项目管理能力和技术创新能力，能够独立领导和组织开展设备和工装开发项目。 5、良好的英语读写能力,英文CET-4以上，能读懂各种技术文档。 6、具有严谨的逻辑思维，良好的沟通能力，富有敬业精神和责任心,能够承担工作压力。 7、具有较强的领导能力、团队管理能力和沟通协调能力，能够有效地组织和激励团队成员完成工作任务。 8、具备良好的问题解决能力和决策能力，能够在复杂的情况下迅速做出正确的判断和决策。 9、具备良好的质量意识和成本意识，能够在保证设备和工装质量的前提下，有效地控制开发成本和生产成本。 10、超过3年以上汽车电子制造行业经验优先。
