1. 负责公司私有云平台（两地多AZ架构）及IaaS/PaaS云服务的规划与设计，主导计算、存储、网络资源池的建设与交付。 2. 负责同城双活、异地容灾架构的规划与建设，推动云平台高可用方案落地，组织容灾演练，保障RTO/RPO达标。 3. 负责云平台底层虚拟化、软件定义网络、分布式存储的日常运维，包括版本升级、补丁、扩容、变更与故障应急处理，保障7×24稳定运行。 4. 制定资源容量预测与扩容方案，平衡资源利用率与业务稳定性，持续开展成本优化。 5. 理解业务需求，交付云资源与解决方案，提供技术支持，并沉淀运维规范与应急预案。

1. 精通至少一种主流私有云平台架构与底层原理，具备平台搭建与部署能力。 2. 深入理解虚拟化架构与原理，熟悉计算虚拟化、网络虚拟化（SDN/VXLAN）及分布式存储技术。 3. 网络与Linux功底扎实，熟悉TCP/IP、路由交换及负载均衡，具备Shell/Python脚本自动化能力。 4. 3年以上中大型企业IT基础设施或云平台管理经验，有私有云建设及运维落地经验者优先。 5. 持有云平台或基础设施相关高级认证者优先。 加分项 1.制造业或多站点云平台运维经验； 2. 业务系统上云迁移、双活/容灾项目经验； 3.等保合规、云安全治理经验； 4.数据库与中间件等PaaS层运维经验。
