1. 系统架构与全链路逻辑定义：负责ADAS行车功能（ACC、AEB、LKA、NOA等）及泊车功能（APA、RPA、AVP/记忆泊车）的系统级实现逻辑设计与拆解，打通感知-融合-预测-决策-规划-控制完整算法链路；梳理行车+泊车场景下传感器输入到执行器输出的全流程逻辑转换，覆盖环视、超声波、毫米波雷达、激光雷达等多传感器特性，识别并补齐逻辑死角； 2. 关联件交互与系统集成：负责智驾算法与底盘、动力、网联、HMI、换挡机构等关联件的接口定义、交互逻辑设计与闭环验证，统筹行车及泊车场景下EPS/ESP/EMS等执行器交互逻辑，保障系统信号流转的实时性、准确性，保证行车控制与泊车执行过程的安全性和平顺性； 3. 疑难问题攻坚与根因闭环：牵头攻克ADAS行车、泊车系统在开发、集成、实车测试阶段各类疑难问题，包括Corner Case误触发、功能逻辑冲突、时序异常、复杂车位识别失败、泊车轨迹死锁、避障逻辑冲突、多传感器融合误差等；主导系统级根因分析，推动感知、规控、底盘等各算法模块完成问题闭环； 4. Debug工具链建设与落地：熟练运用数据回灌、在线Debug、日志分析、车辆标定工具，包含CANoe、CANape、Vehicle Spy、INCA、ROS bag解析及自研回灌/可视化工具；搭建高效的系统级问题排查流程，沉淀排查方法论，提升团队整体排故效率； 5. 跨团队协同与项目统筹：作为行车+泊车系统逻辑核心Owner，拉通感知、规控、底盘控制、系统测试等跨域团队，对齐技术方案，统筹功能开发、集成与交付；负责前期预研项目对接，承担第三方算法供应商与自研算法团队之间的桥梁角色，独立Lead全栈项目对接工作，管理外部供应商需求、方案评审、问题闭环与交付质量； 6. 技术赋能与专家输出：以技术专家角色，对内部团队开展专业赋能，输出技术规范、案例库、设计指南，组织技术分享、方案评审，沉淀行车+泊车系统设计与问题分析经验，提升团队整体系统设计与问题排查能力； 7. 全球化技术沟通：参与跨国/跨地域技术研讨、方案评审与日常技术沟通，独立输出高质量英文技术文档，完成英文技术会议交流、汇报；

1. 学历与项目经验：统招本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、计算机、电子信息等相关专业；5年以上智能驾驶/ADAS系统架构、算法系统或规控算法开发经验，同时具备ADAS行车功能+泊车功能开发/量产经验；具备预研项目、第三方算法供应商对接与全栈项目Lead经验优先。 2. 系统逻辑能力：对行车ADAS与泊车全场景功能实现逻辑具备深度理解，可完整梳理从传感器原始输入到底盘执行器输出的全链路逻辑转换，识别潜在逻辑边界与风险点。 3. 系统Debug能力：具备极强的跨模块系统级问题定位与分析能力；精通CAN/LIN/Ethernet报文分析，熟练使用CANoe、CANape、Vehicle Spy、INCA、ROS bag及各类自研数据回灌、可视化调试工具。 4. 全栈知识储备：熟悉智能驾驶全栈技术链路，掌握雷达/视觉/环视/超声波等传感器输出特性、规控模块输入需求，熟悉车辆动力学、底盘执行器响应特性与边界约束。 5. 英语能力：英语口语熟练，可作为工作语言开展日常交流、技术讨论与会议汇报；具备优秀英文技术文档读写与撰写能力。 6. 综合素养：性格外向，具备优秀跨团队沟通能力与影响力；逻辑清晰，擅长复杂问题拆解；抗压能力强，可在项目高压交付周期下保持高效推进；具备技术分享与团队赋能意愿与能力。 7. 出差要求：能够接受一定频率出差，支撑实车路测、关联件联调、跨地域及供应商现场技术交流。 【加分项】 1. 同时拥有L2+/NOA高阶行车智驾与AVP/记忆泊车高阶泊车从0到1量产落地经验； 2. 拥有跨国车企或国际Tier1团队工作经验； 3. 熟悉AutoSAR架构，具备底层软件、中间件或者底盘软件相关基础； 4. 有算法供应商管理、外部算法集成项目落地经验。

职级：T4-2及以上 语言：英语必须作为工作语言 其他：最好有新势力公司架构设计、算法开发经验；
