1、技术选型与评估：调研并评估最新的硬件技术、器件和材料，及硬件技术roadmap。为项目选择最优的解决方案。对新技术进行评估与验证，确保其性能、兼容性和可靠性符合项目要求。 2、 团队协作与指导：带领硬件团队，引导并分配工作任务，监督项目进度，确保技术研究成果按时交付。为各级工程师提供技术指导与培训，分享经验和知识，提升团队整体技术水平。 3、技术难题攻克：针对硬件开发过程中出现的复杂技术问题，如器件可靠性、信号完整性、电磁兼容性等，组织技术攻关，提出创新性解决方案。 4、与跨组织协作：与上游供应商、内部各个职能部门沟通，确保硬件技术高效管理和传承。

教育背景： 电子工程、计算机科学、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。 工作经验： 8 年以上硬件开发经验，其中至少 3 年担任高级硬件工程师或团队领导职位，有多个成功的硬件产品开发经验。 专业技能： 精通模拟电路、数字电路、电源电路等硬件设计知识，熟练掌握 PCB 设计工具. 熟悉 ARM架构硬件平台的开发，具备丰富的嵌入式系统硬件设计经验。 熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、频谱分析仪等测试仪器，能够独立进行硬件调试和故障排查。 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够熟练阅读和理解英文技术文档。 能力素质： 具备出色的问题解决能力和创新思维，能够独立应对复杂的技术挑战。 具备优秀的团队领导能力和沟通协作能力，能够有效地组织和激励团队成员。 具备较强的项目管理能力，能够合理安排资源，确保项目按时、高质量完成。 具备良好的学习能力和自我驱动力，能够快速掌握新技术和新知识。
