1.基于高精地图、轻量地图数据，设计并落地导航核心算法，保障导航的准确性、实时性与稳定性； 2.负责导航相关算法（如路径搜索、地图匹配、动态路况适配等）的技术调研与优化，结合定位、感知等多源数据，提升复杂场景下的导航性能； 3.设计导航算法相关的标准化测试用例，参与构建自动化测试体系，保障算法交付质量； 4.分析路测及实车运行数据，定位导航算法存在的问题，持续迭代优化算法效果。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、测绘工程、车辆工程等相关专业； 熟练掌握Python或C++，熟悉常用的数据结构与算法，了解Linux开发环境，具备基础的工程实现能力； 2.熟悉A*、Dijkstra等常用导航路径搜索算法，具备独立完成算法设计与实现的能力； 3.了解高精地图数据格式、轻量地图构建逻辑，有相关地图与导航算法结合的实践经验； 4.熟练使用Python/C++进行算法原型开发，具备基础的算法优化能力； 有自动驾驶导航相关项目经验，或参与过路由规划、地图匹配类项目者优先。 5.熟悉智能驾驶导航相关领域，具备导航算法或相关技术的学习与实践能力； 6.具备良好的沟通协调能力、学习能力和责任心，能配合团队完成项目推进。
