1、负责非标自动化设备装配、调试、生产和售后问题点分析、总结，协调内外部资源推动问题解决。作为客户现场的第一责任人，对导入进度管控； 2、协助设备开发工程师设备调试和做稳定性验证，功能性验证； 3、设备调试现场人员管理，统筹安排技术员和驻厂供应商的工作； 4、客户生产现场跟进，NPI阶段不良品分析，客诉问题跟进处理，并获得客户认可验收； 5、设备在客户端的运行情况统计和分析，设备故障排查和解决，并反馈给公司研发人员改进设计方案； 6、设备相关文件（SOP、操作指导、转交文件等）的制作，并培训客户使用和维护；

1、本科及以上学历，自动化、机械、电气等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上设备相关岗位经验，具有非标自动化设备开发调试&售后、汽车电子行业设备管理相关经验优先； 3、能接受跨国出差工作安排，能够承受工作压力，具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，富有敬业精神和责任心； 4、熟悉非标设备机械传动和电气控制工作原理，了解基本的PLC和上位机编程逻辑； 5、英语可以作为工作语言
