1. 参与项目需求分析，根据项目需求进行需求分析，方案设计，开发和调试等。 2. 负责 Android Framework 层的定制与优化，包括 AMS、WMS、PMS、CarService 等核心服务的功能扩展与性能调优。负责 Android HAL层模块开发，包括系统服务守护进程、硬件接口封装，性能优化。 3. 负责车载功能模块通信，诊断，存储，日志，OTA等中间件模块开发。 4. 负责车载通信开发，涉及SOME/IP、DDS，DoIP、Fdbus、Vehicle服务等，保障跨域/跨进程通信的实时性和稳定性。 5. 负责系统稳定性与优化处理，包括死机、重启、ANR、冻屏、内存泄漏、CPU占用过高等疑难问题的定位与优化 。 6. 编写相关软件技术相关文档。

1. 本科以上学历，3年及以上工作经验，计算机相关专业。 2. 熟悉Android系统，了解linux系统和QNX系统，两年以上开发经验，熟悉C/C++，JAVA开发。 3 .有座舱中间件核心模块（通信、诊断、日志、OTA、电源管理、车参，存储等）开发经验。 4. 有责任心有合作精神，具备良好的沟通能力和分析能力，学习能力强。 5. 加分能力/经验项： 5.1 有车载软件开发经验优先； 5.2 有英语口语沟通能力优先； 5.3 有在座舱中间件构建车端大模型服务层，实现AI Agent框架经验优先； 6.了解车载网络（以太网、CAN FD)； 7.具备嵌入式Linux/QNX调试经验（如GDB、Wireshark、性能分析）。
