The posting

1.负责机器人整机及关键部件的电气系统设计，包括原理图绘制、元器件选型（电机、减速器、电源模块、连接器等）。 2.制定电气系统架构方案，规划供电回路、控制信号链路、通信接口（如 CAN、EtherCAT、RS485、Ethernet），确保系统稳定性与兼容性。 3.完成电气布线设计（含线缆选型、走向规划、屏蔽防护），配合机械团队优化电气与结构的空间布局，满足装配、维护及电磁兼容（EMC）要求。 4.编制电气技术文档，包括电气原理图、BOM 清单、接线图、调试手册、安全规范等，推动设计标准化。 5.参与样品试制与电气调试，解决量产过程中的电气故障（如供电异常、信号干扰、通信中断），跟进整改验证。 6.对接软件、控制团队，明确电气接口需求；配合测试团队完成电气性能、EMC、安全合规性测试。

1.本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、电子信息工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业。 2. 精通电气设计工具，能独立完成复杂原理图绘制，熟悉高速信号布线规则。 3.掌握机器人供电系统设计（如直流电源、电池管理、电源分配单元 PDU），了解锂电池 / 电源模块选型与保护电路设计。 4.熟悉电机驱动技术（伺服电机、步进电机控制），掌握驱动器与控制器的接口设计，了解 CANopen、EtherCAT 等工业总线协议。 5.扎实的电路原理、模拟电子、数字电子基础，能分析电气故障并提出优化方案。 6. 3 年以上机器人（工业、协作、人形等）电气设计经验，有完整产品电气系统从设计到量产落地的经验。 7. 逻辑严谨，具备较强的问题定位与解决能力，能快速响应电气故障排查需求。
