1.负责底盘域控硬件总体架构设计，包括主控 MCU / SoC 选型、供电架构（PMIC）、功率驱动（Motor Bridge）、通信架构（CAN FD / FlexRay / 汽车以太网）与外设接口规划； 2.主导线控执行器（EPS / SbW / EMB 电机驱动、电磁阀驱动）功率电路与驱动电路方案设计，解决大电流、高可靠、低 EMI 难题； 3.负责 ASIL-D 等级硬件功能安全设计——安全机制（监控 / 检测 / 冗余）、FTA / FMEDA 硬件层面输入、安全相关电路（电源监控、看门狗、监控 MCU）设计； 4.主导原理图设计、关键器件选型与 PCB 评审（高速 / 混合信号 / 大电流布局、热设计与 EMC 设计）； 5.牵头硬件平台化，构建可复用的 2轴 / 3轴 VMC 硬件基线，支撑多项目、多客户快速衍生； 6.对接软件 / 算法 / 功能安全 / 测试团队，定义硬件-软件接口（HSI），支撑 AUTOSAR 与功能安全集成； 7.跟踪底盘域控硬件趋势（MCU + PMIC + Driver 集成方案、SiP 集成功率器件、Zonal 区域架构），形成技术预研与降本方案； 8.指导硬件工程师，建设底盘域控硬件开发规范与评审机制，符合 ASPICE / ISO 26262 流程要求。

1.本科及以上学历，电子 / 电气 / 自动化 / 车辆工程相关专业，5年以上汽车电子硬件开发经验，其中至少 3 年底盘 / 动力 / 安全相关电控硬件经验； 2.精通汽车电子硬件架构，熟悉主流车规 MCU（英飞凌 AURIX TC3xx / TC4xx、NXP S32 等）及配套 PMIC、功率器件（MOSFET / 智能驱动 / 预驱）； 3.具备电机驱动 / 功率电子硬件设计经验（EPS、SbW、EMB任一），熟悉三相逆变、H 桥、电磁阀驱动电路； 4.熟悉 ISO 26262 硬件功能安全开发流程，能独立主导安全机制设计、FTA / FMEDA 分析，有 ASIL-D 量产项目经验者优先； 5.熟悉汽车总线与接口：CAN FD、LIN、FlexRay、汽车以太网（100 / 1000BASE-T1）； 6.具备车规级可靠性、EMC、热设计实战经验，熟悉 AEC-Q100 / 101、IATF 16949 等车规要求； 7.熟练使用硬件设计工具（Altium / Cadence 等），具备原理图 / PCB 评审与量产导入（DFM / DFA / DFT）能力；
