1、负责整车SOA全栈软件技术的洞察与规划，加速公司新产品和新技术的布局策划 2、负责深入研究行业车载软件架构发展趋势（如AI、SOA 架构、中央计算软件集成、整车 OTA 技术），将前沿技术转化为可行的全域软件分层（HAL/OS/中间件/ 应用层）、模块划分与接口设计方案 3、主导下一代整车全域软件架构的平台化规划，制定软件分层标准、模块接口协议、集成测试规范的技术路线图，支撑多车型软件复用 4、基于域集中式、中央计算等先进 EEA 理念，主导整车软件拓扑革新设计，推动跨域软件协同（如智驾与座舱软件交互、整车控制软件集成），优化软件资源分配与实时性 5、负责整车软件核心模块（如OS、中间件、整车 OTA、功能安全软件部分）的顶层架构设计，明确模块功能、交互逻辑、性能指标，确保软件满足功能安全与信息安全要求 6、定义软件架构相关技术规范，开展软件资源（CPU / 内存 / 总线带宽）计算与仿真，确保软件架构在全工况下的稳定性、实时性与可扩展性 7、引入软件架构新设计理念和技术工具，持续提升软件架构设计效率与质量，推动软件架构标准化与平台化落地

1、本科以上学历，10 年车载软件开发经验，5 年车载软件架构设计经验，拥有至少 2 个完整量产车型的软件架构主导设计经验 2、精通整车软件分层（HAL/OS/ 中间件 / 应用层）、模块划分、接口定义核心原理，熟练掌握车载 OS（QNX/Linux/Android/RTOS）、中间件（SOME/IP/DDS/AUTOSAR AP/CP）技术特性 3、精通整车分布式、域集中式、中央计算架构下的软件架构设计，具备 SOA 架构、整车 OTA 架构设计与集成经验 4、熟练掌握软件架构开发工具，如 Enterprise Architec、Vector DaVinci 等 出色的沟通协调能力，能够与硬件、电气、功能、、安全、测试团队高效协作，推动软件跨域集成与问题解决 5、具有中央计算架构软件设计或智能驾驶域软件架构设计经验优先，持有软件安全相关认证（如 ISO 26262、ISO/SAE 21434 认证）者优先 了解主流 AI 框架（如 TensorFlow Lite Micro、ONNX Runtime、PyTorch）在车端部署的基本原理，熟悉模型轻量化技术（量化、剪枝、蒸馏）及推理引擎（如 TFLite、SNPE、RKNN）的软件集成方法。 6、掌握 AI 算法与整车软件架构的融合设计，包括：感知后处理、多模态融合、规控模块的 AI 化接口、云端-端侧模型协同等；能定义 AI 组件与中间件（DDS/SOME/IP）之间的数据交互协议。 7、熟悉车端 AI 计算硬件（如 GPU、NPU、DSP、MCU 上的加速器）的软件适配与调度策略，能够在分布式/中央计算架构下设计异构计算资源管理方案，平衡实时性、算力与功耗。 8、具备评估 AI 模型对整车资源（CPU/内存/带宽/存储）影响的能力，能够指导团队进行模型在环（MIL）、软件在环（SIL）、硬件在环（HIL）等集成验证。 能够流畅使用英语读写者优先
