岗位职责： 1. 测试方案设计与执行依据自动驾驶系统（ADAS/AD）功能需求，结合毫米波雷达、超声波雷达的技术特性，制定覆盖城市道路、高速公路、复杂工况等场景的实车测试方案，编写详细测试用例。负责在真实道路环境中完成测试执行，验证雷达在不同天气、光照、交通流量条件下的目标检测精度、响应速度及稳定性。 2. 数据采集与分析使用CANoe、Vector工具链等设备采集车载总线数据，同步记录雷达点云、目标跟踪信息及车辆状态参数。通过Python、Matlab等工具对数据进行清洗与分析，识别雷达误检、漏检、目标分类错误等问题，输出量化分析报告，为算法优化提供数据支撑。 3. 问题定位与协同优化针对测试中发现的雷达感知异常或系统故障，协同硬件、算法、整车集成团队开展问题定位，通过复现测试、对比分析等方式排查根因。跟踪问题修复进度，验证优化效果，确保雷达系统性能符合产品设计标准。 4. 测试环境与设备管理搭建与维护实车测试环境，包括雷达校准设备、GNSS/RTK定位系统、数据记录单元等硬件的调试与管理。参与测试车辆的改装与维护，确保测试设备状态稳定，满足持续测试需求。 5. 文档输出与流程完善撰写测试总结报告、缺陷清单、测试规范等文档，确保测试过程可追溯。结合测试经验，参与完善实车雷达测试流程与标准，提升测试效率与覆盖度。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、自动化、车辆工程、通信工程等相关专业。具备雷达原理、信号处理或ADAS系统相关知识储备者优先 2. 具有2-3年实车测试或ADAS系统测试经验，熟悉毫米波雷达、超声波雷达的工作原理与测试方法； 3. 掌握CAN/CAN-FD、以太网等车载通信协议，能够使用OBD工具进行车辆数据读取与分析； 4. 持有C1及以上机动车驾驶证，实际驾驶经验丰富，能适应长期外场测试工作
