1，全日制本科及以上，电子 / 机械 / 光学专业优先； 2，3 年以上汽车电子项目管理经验，有车载、 智能座舱、汽车电子产品经验者加分。 3，了解汽车电子产品开发、生产过程，了解项目管理本理论，熟悉APQP流程、了解风险管理、成本控制、质量控制的工具方法； 4、良好的沟通，较高的协调统筹指挥能力，高度责任心，决策果断但思维缜密； 5，具备英语或日语 （听说读写俱佳）优先考虑。
