1、负责项目测试策划与管理,包括测试计划、测试资源、测试成本管理。 2、负责组织测试团队实施测试需求分析、测试设计、评审以及测试策略。 3、负责项目测试风险、测试质量、测试变更管理。 4、推进产品问题关闭，组织PR Review评审统筹。 5、负责项目开发过程对外，对内的沟通，协调，定期向内外部汇报项目实施情况,带领测试团队按时按质完成测试交付。

1、大学本科理工科以上学历,具备8年以上项目测试管理工作经验,有大型汽车厂测试项目管理经验者优先; 2、熟悉智能驾驶产品,如车载摄像头、雷达、ADAS,有车载相关开发测试经验者优先, 3、熟悉汽车测试管理流程、熟悉ASPICE等国际标准; 4、具备出色的沟通、协调、项目管理能力,具备较强的责任心和抗压能力; 5、良好的英语听说读写能力（母语级）,能够进行国际交流 岗位其他要求描述

项目实战经验（硬指标）： （1）项目履历(海外）：主导过至少1-2个智能驾驶系统项目从立项、SOP（量产）到售后迭代的完整测试验证周期。 （2）熟悉智能驾驶测试流程（单元测试、集成测试、HIL/SIL/仿真测试、封闭场地测试、开放道路测试） 语言要求 英语六级及以上
