1.技术规划与方案制定：负责智能座舱、舱驾融合复杂系统的整体架构设计，制定核心系统的技术方案与技术路径规划。 2.统筹与评审：作为技术统筹主导项目报价的技术提案，负责智能座舱产品的系统方案设计、评审及决策。 3.平台化建设：持续推动系统架构演进以适配业务需求，制定并迭代平台技术发展规划。 4. 技术攻关与创新：深入进行技术洞察，主导重大创新课题的攻关，快速形成高性能、高可用的系统性解决方案，提升产品核心竞争力。 5.协同与管理：参与技术策划管理，整合内外部资源，确保架构设计在开发全生命周期中的落地与合规。

1.开发流程与标准： 熟悉汽车产品开发生命周期标准和流程，如 ASPICE、CMMI、V-Cycle 模型。 熟悉系统架构/软件架构设计方法论。 2.专业知识： 熟悉智能座舱、车载信息娱乐系统、数字仪表的软件架构，熟悉常用的设计模式及设计原则。 对整车电子电气架构（EEA）及相关的开发、测试、诊断有深入的理解。 熟悉 ISO 26262（功能安全）或 ISO 21434（信息安全）。 4.语言能力： 具备良好的英文（或日语）读写及口语交流能力，能够进行流利的技术沟通者优先。 5.文档与沟通： 具备出色的文档编写能力、分析能力及跨领域协作能力。
