The posting

岗位职责 负责智驾数据平台的前后端功能开发、迭代与优化，覆盖数据资产管理、回灌/评测任务编排、台架调度、动态指标与可视化等多项核心能力域。 参与数据平台后端服务的设计与实现；按需参与周边服务的联调与维护。 建设与优化数据平台（任务创建、进度跟踪、结果分析、指标看板、数据回放可视化）等页面，保障算法/测试同学的端到端使用体验。 持续优化现有系统架构下的任务调度链路，提升吞吐、稳定性与可观测性。 完善 API 契约、自动化测试、日志/监控与排障能力；参与平台服务部署与发版，推动平台可靠性建设。 与算法、仿真、台架、数据、基础设施等团队对齐需求与接口；沉淀设计文档，支持平台能力持续演进。

本科及以上学历，计算机 / 软件 / 自动化等相关专业；3 年及以上 Web 全栈或后端为主、能独立闭环前后端的开发经验。 熟练掌握 Vue 3 ，有复杂后台管理系统或数据可视化经验；能独立完成页面拆分、状态管理与接口联调。 熟练掌握 Python，有 FastAPI（或同等 ASGI/Web 框架）实战经验；熟悉异步编程、RESTful API 设计；具备微服务拆分与服务间 HTTP/消息协作经验。 熟悉 PostgreSQL（或同类关系型数据库）设计与 SQL 优化；使用过 Redis、Kafka（或同类 MQ）中至少一类；了解对象存储（MinIO / S3）的预签名、多集群路由等用法更佳。 熟悉 Docker/K8s 部署与发版。 熟悉 LINUX、Git、Code Review；具备良好的问题定位与文档能力；能在模糊需求下推动方案落地。
