The posting

1. 负责自动驾驶领域，radar、camera、lidar等传感器动静态感知数据融合算法开发，配合上下游，支撑自动驾驶功能实现； 2. 负责动态目标与静态环境要素感知融合算法的研发落地，包括但不限于车辆，行人，通用障碍物，车道线、路沿、静态障碍物等。不断提升车辆周边环境动静要素的检测能力； 3.负责算法的设计、开发及性能迭代，保障算法软件的交付质量；

1. 熟悉毫米波雷达，相机，激光雷达等传感器目标检测与识别的优缺点，并能灵活进行融合； 2. 有一定数学基础，熟悉卡尔曼滤波，贝叶斯估计，数据关联，航迹管理等数据融合基础理论方法； 3. 熟悉自动驾驶系统架构，了解融合模块上下游（感知，自车运动估计，规划控制等）功能作用及需求。 4. 熟悉车道线、路沿等静态环境要素的检测融合算法开发；熟悉常用的关联跟踪算法； 5. 熟练掌握c++，熟悉Linux和中间件等开发环境，工程能力强，熟悉CPU性能优化，有内存问题调试经验者优先； 6. 有自动驾驶相关功能，量产落地开发经验者优先。
