研发与优化基于多传感器（如激光雷达、视觉、IMU、轮速计等）的定位与建图算法，提升机器人在动态、大尺度环境中的鲁棒性与精度。 设计并实现高效的SLAM（即时定位与地图构建）系统，支持机器人长期运行与场景自适应。 探索前沿定位技术，如语义SLAM、多机器人协同定位、动态物体过滤等，提升机器人在真实场景中的实用性；参与世界模型生成与重建方向的研究与系统开发，涵盖数据准备、模型训练、系统集成等 与感知、规划与控制团队紧密合作，将定位算法嵌入机器人系统，并进行系统集成与性能调优。 撰写技术文档，输出专利与论文，推动团队技术积累与行业影响力。

硕士及以上学历，计算机、机器人、自动化、数学等相关专业，3年以上机器人定位算法研发经验。 精通至少一种主流SLAM框架（如LOAM、Cartographer、ORB-SLAM系列、VINS、Fast-Lio等），并有实际项目部署经验。 扎实的数学基础，熟悉非线性优化（如g2o、Ceres）、概率估计（卡尔曼滤波、粒子滤波）与多视图几何。 了解视频生成或3DGS或4DGS或VGGT等前馈重建、生成网络。 熟练掌握C++/Python，熟悉Linux/ROS开发环境，具备良好的代码工程化能力。 具备多传感器标定、时序同步与数据融合的实际经验。 优先条件 有在动态环境、大尺度场景（如仓储、商场、室外） 中部署定位算法的经验。 熟悉深度学习在定位中的应用（如端到端VO、语义辅助定位等）。 具备嵌入式平台（如Jetson、ARM架构）算法优化经验。 在顶级机器人/计算机视觉会议（如ICRA、IROS、CVPR）发表过相关论文。
