1.5年以上电子部件质量管理经验。熟悉各类质量管理及分析工具，如APQP.PPAP.8D等； 2.熟悉电子器件（按类别区分）工艺.制程及可靠性测试方法； 3.有半导体行业经验或质量管理经验者优先； 4.本科及以上学历；能熟练英语交流。
